Kamilyn is a mother first and grandmother. After being a stay at home mom for more than 15 years, for many children, she has returned to school and work. She has also been divorced herself and mentored friends through the process.
Family law is her passion as a survivor of child abuse and domestic violence, and after doing temporary foster and respite care. Having a child with autism and another with mental health struggles, she is also an advocate of privacy laws including HIPAA and FERPA. She is currently pursuing her Limited License Legal Technician qualifications at Edmonds Community College.
She also has strong ties to her community as a business owner, football and wrestling coach, chaperone and volunteer at her children's school, and Veteran's for Worship.
